Refund policy

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you about the status of your refund.

Refunds are processed within 3 business day after:

  • Successful verification of the returned items in our warehouse.
  • Receipt of your cancellation request prior to the dispatch of your order.

Refund Methods

  • For pre-paid transactions, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Funds should appear in your account on the same day, or almost instantly.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, we will send you a link to submit your bank account details for the refund. After submitting your details, your account will be credited the same day, or almost instantly.

Returns
Items can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Return Notification:
Initiate a return via our Support page or email us at hi@theperfectcloth.com within 15 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Guidelines for a Valid Return:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging along with hangers
  • We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item. We will make up to three pickup attempts following the delivery date. If unsuccessful, you will be asked to send the item to the following address and submit the shipping receipt: The Perfect Cloth Returns,

Cancellation
 Partial cancellations are not accepted. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation.

Send your cancellation request via our Support page or email us at hi@theperfectcloth.com before your order is dispatched. Please include your order number and cancellation reason.
